Heavy construction in the eastern section of the Cape Henlopen campground will occur from April 29 to May 7th as new prefabricated bathrooms are installed. Once the units are in place, work will continue for another two weeks to complete construction. The Cape Henlopen campground will be fully opened and all campsites available for reservations on May 20th.
RV and Tent Camping
If camping at the beach is your idea of a perfect vacation, Cape Henlopen is the spot for you! Pine-covered dunes are the setting for over 150 sites, most with a water hookup. Camping is available from March 1 through November 30.
