Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment is due in full at time of registration for Zoo Camp.

A $25 fee will be charged for all cancellations up to April 30th.
Half refund for cancellations after May 1st; No refunds after June 1st.

Full Day Camps:
8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
(drop off from 8 to 8:30 a.m.)
After care is available Monday through Thursday only, from 4 to 5 p.m. for $60/week.

Mini Day Camps:
Campers must be potty-trained in order to attend. This means that campers must be able to use the restroom on their own.

Morning Session: 8:30 – 11:30 a.m.
(drop off 8 to 8:30 a.m.)
Afternoon Session: 1 – 4 p.m.
(drop off 12:30 to 1 p.m.)
Aftercare is available from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday AND 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday; no aftercare available from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Fridays for $60/week.

Between-session care is offered FREE from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. only to those that register for both morning and afternoon sessions of mini day camps!

Jr. Zoo Keepers Advanced

Session:
Monday, August 01, 2016 to Friday, August 05, 2016
Camp Day: 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Ages: 11 to 13
Cost: $325 per camper

About the Program: Members of the Delaware Zoological Society - $275.Have you always wanted to be a zoo keeper? If so, get ready for a fun-filled week discovering what it takes to work at the zoo through hands-on activities and projects. Campers will go behind-the-scenes, help prepare animal diets, clean an exhibit area, study animal behavior, create enrichment and much more. Please note campers will have limited contact with select animals. Registration and information at brandywinezoo.org.


Food Chains, Poo, and Bugs Too!

Session:
Monday, August 01, 2016 to Friday, August 05, 2016
Camp Day: 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Ages: 6 to 9
Cost: $225 per camper

About the Program: Members of the Delaware Zoological Society - $200.Food chain fun? Yes! If anyone can make food chains FUN it is the zoo. Animals and plants thrive on one another and campers will have the opportunity to see the food chain come alive…and full circle with poo and bugs too! Animals at Play

Session:
Monday, August 08, 2016 to Friday, August 12, 2016
Camp Day: 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Ages: 5 to 10
Cost: $225 per camper

About the Program: Members of the Delaware Zoological Society - $200.Children and animals are naturally playful, but play is serious business. During this game-filled week, campers will discover why play and cooperation are not only important for kids, but also necessary for animal survival.


Tales of Tails

Session:
Monday, August 15, 2016 to Friday, August 19, 2016
Camp Day: 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Ages: 5 to 10
Cost: $225 per camper

About the Program: Members of the Delaware Zoological Society - $200.Storybook adventures ahead! Each day we will read and discuss an animal tale then immerse ourselves in the story’s theme with crafts, games, and related animal activities. Registration and information at brandywinezoo.org.


Sensory Safari

Session:
Monday, August 22, 2016 to Friday, August 26, 2016
Camp Day: 9 – 11:30 a.m.
Ages: 4 to 5
Cost: $130 per camper

Animal Babies

Cost: $130 per camper
